Nobody saw Oswald on the 6th floor, least of all Howard Brennan. The TSBD vice president Ochus Campbell said he saw Oswald being held at gun point by a cop on the first floor near a storage room closet right after the shooting.If Oswald really had a gun pulled on him by a cop, like was later claimed, how could Campbell have known that unless he actually saw it?Officer Baker stated in his original report that his encounter happened on the 4th floor. But not with Oswald. Then he later stated it happened on the 1st floor with Oswald. That report can be found in a book by one of the original crime scene investigators called First Day Evidence. Baker obviously changed it again to a 2nd floor encounter that included Oswald.
What was his rifle doing there then?
And what happened the curtian rods he claimed he walked into work with?
And finally...
Why was his rifle on the 6th floor with his finger prints on them?
